Lifestyle: Drink Enough Water: Challenge Accepted.

While scrolling through my Facebook feed today, I came across this crazy article. A woman began drinking twice the amount of recommended water per day and the results are pretty convincing. I hardly drink any water because I usually start off my day with orange juice, then progress to coffee, Coca Cola, and sometimes beer or wine in the evening. On a normal day, I drink no where near the recommended two liters per day and rather only about two cups…

My friend Brittles and I are going to do this challenge and see what happens. At least 2 liters of water per day to go… for four weeks!
